If user not upload the photo, SRPK will send the reminder alerts via Email and SMS on regular basis. If the user not update the photo within 03 months of Activation, your physical card will be converted to Virtual SRPK Card.

If you want the hard copy of the Card you can send the mail from your registered email to our Support email.
